We had a back deck with two wooden steps leading down to an ugly cracked concrete slab. We discussed what we wanted to do with them. They removed the concrete slab and the wooden steps and replaced them with stone that we selected, put down a wonderful stone patio with a dark inlay that really pops, and a nice low wall for extra seating using the same materials to match the treads and risers on the steps. They executed the plan perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. The job took 10 days from demolition to finished project. The crew put in long days, worked weekends, and they cleaned up after themselves every day. From the first meeting to discuss our project to the final sweeping of the site, we received outstanding customer care. We had an old rotting wall removed and replaced with 90 feet of stone retaining wall. It was evident throughout the process that the hard working crew was highly skilled and they worked very effeciently to complete the job in just three days. Diamond Touch Masonry recently completed a hardscape patio and walkway in my backyard. From start to finish they were easy to work with, fully understood what I had envisioned for the project and their estimate was below others; but more importantly the estimate was very specific as to the products to be used and the work to be accomplished. Ryan, provided some great ideas and made solid recommendations when he came out for the estimate visit. He was then very responsive as we worked through the estimate and discussed options and changes. When, the work began, Andrew (foreman) was equally as pleasant and responsive, as he described exactly what work would be performed and in what order. He also, walked me through how they would remove material and bring the pavers to the back yard, while minimizing any disturbance to my front yard. He was very quick to introduce me to the two landscapers that would be performing the work. What was very unexpected and appreciated was the way the landscapers cleaned up at the end of the first day, and upon completion of the project. They made sure that unused materials were out of the way, the driveway cleaned, the front yard restored, and the work site left neat and ready for the next day. The finished patio and walkway exceeded my expectations, and clearly showed signs that Diamond Touch went above and beyond what was expected and took pride in their work. We are so glad we used this company to redo our walkway in the front of our house. We also had them put cobblestone in front of our garage and reuse the old front brick in our backyard for a grilling area and a walkway to our shed. Andrew and his crew were awesome! They worked so hard on the hottest days and went above and beyond for us! If we had questions along the way, Ryan got back to us immediately.
